How Do I Enroll for Lincoln Financial EFTs?

Lincoln Financial processes provider payments through ECHO Health. Enrollment is handled with a PDF form that you complete and email to ECHO's EDI team rather than through an online portal, so set aside a few minutes to fill it in and send it.

   Download and complete the ECHO Health enrollment form

   Lincoln Financial processes provider payments through ECHO Health. Go to content.echohealthinc.com/hubfs/EnrollmentForm.pdf and complete the PDF form.

   Enroll for both EFT and ERA

   On the form, enroll for both EFT and ERA so you receive the electronic payment and the matching remittance advice together.

   Set Method of Retrieval to ECHO Provider Portal

   For Method of Retrieval, state ECHO Provider Portal.

   Provide your bank account details

   Submit your bank account and routing number on the form to complete the enrollment.

   Email the completed form to ECHO Health

   Email the completed form to edi@echohealthinc.com to finalize the EFT enrollment.
