How Do I Enroll for Principal EFTs?

Principal processes provider payments through ECHO Health. You can enroll for EFT with Principal only, or across all payers that pay through ECHO, using the EFT/ERA Direct portal.

   Open Principal's EFT/ERA Direct enrollment portal

   Go to enrollments.echohealthinc.com/EFTERADirect/PrincipalFinancialGroup. Principal pays providers through ECHO Health, so enrollment runs through ECHO's EFT/ERA Direct portal.

   Choose Principal only or all payers

   EFT/ERA Direct lets you enroll for Principal payments alone, or for every payer that issues payments through ECHO Health. Enrolling for all payers sets up electronic payments from multiple carriers at once.

   Submit your practice and bank details

   Provide your Tax ID, billing NPI, practice information, and the bank account and routing numbers where you want payments deposited.

   Confirm your payment preference

   If you are currently receiving virtual credit card (VCC) payments and want to change that, call ECHO Health at 888-927-4394. For questions about Principal dental claims, call Principal at 800-247-4695.
