How Do I Enroll for United Concordia EFTs?

United Concordia offers free EFT enrollment through their provider portal. Follow the steps below to start receiving electronic payments directly to your bank account.

   Log in to the United Concordia provider portal

   Visit unitedconcordia.com and log in with your provider credentials.

   Select Electronic Funds Transfer

   Select Electronic Funds Transfer from the portal options.

   Connect your bank account

   Provide your bank account and routing information to complete enrollment.
